1 Day, 70 performances, 10+ stages – Get ready for VIVA PHX!

The festival is kicking off its return on Saturday, October 19th. Starting at 1pm, the festival will include some Phoenix local artists, some Tucson based performers and and some international stars. Not only will there be incredible music, there will be some amazing food vendors on the scene.

The festival is meant to highlight the music, culture, and beauty of the Valley. Matt Baquet of Best Life Presents said in a news release, “In its new form, VIVA PHX 2024 will showcase the wide variety of attractions and talent the Valley has to offer, from musical, culinary and visual art standouts to grassroots organizations, local businesses, and emerging tech companies.”

The festival will take place on a single day, October 19th.

While the official schedule hasn’t been released, festivities start at 1pm.

Where will the shows happen?

Performances will span across 10 stages around Downtown Phoenix, including the Van Buren, Arizona Financial Theatre, Crescent Ballroom (Indoor/Outdoor), Valley Bar (Indoor/Outdoor), the Masonic, Walter Studios, Gracie’s Tax Bar, Thundercat Lounge, Monroe Street Stage and more.

Will there be food?

The official list of food vendors has yet to be released, however, culinary partners of the festival include Bacanora, Huarachis, Bad Jimmy’s, Mi Catering, Valentine, Progress Restaurant, Cornish Pasty, The Rez, Cocina 10, and Cartel Roasting Company!

How much are tickets?

While the festival spans across multiple venues, you’ll only need to buy 1 ticket. Right now, earlybird GA tickets are $55 and earlybird VIP passes are $155. VIP ensures “fast pass entry to all VIVA PHX stages as well as access to VIP Lounge(s) and limited edition VIVA PHX swag bag(s)” and are only available to 21+ festival goers, according to the site! How can I get there?

While parking around Downtown Phoenix will be available surrounding the event, there will be potential road closures and inflated prices. We recommend checking out this guide to the best ways to get around!

Can I bring my child/younger sibling?

Depends on what you want to do! The festival itself is all ages, however, certain additional activities like the Beer Garden and VIP lounge sections, after parties, and a few venue stages are for those 21 and up!

What is the refund policy?

According to their terms and conditions, VIVA PHX states there will be no refunds given unless they cancel the event or move it to another date! As the tickets aren’t for specific venues or artists, artist cancellations are not grounds for a refund.
